SITASC provides high-efficiency equipment and integrated systems for compressed air, industrial gases, power generation and energy storage. Our solutions are engineered for demanding commercial and industrial applications, with a strong focus on reliability, lifecycle efficiency and intelligent control. All products are designed to meet the latest applicable energy-efficiency and safety requirements and are supplied with the relevant European conformity documentation and American-market certifications for the selected model and configuration. EU requirements include specific ecodesign standards for electric motors and variable-speed drives, while the United States applies dedicated efficiency and certification requirements to covered industrial equipment.

Rotary Screw Compressors

Our single- and two-stage rotary screw air compressors combine high-efficiency permanent-magnet motors with variable-speed drive technology. Available with power ratings up to 640 kW, the systems continuously adapt their output to actual compressed-air demand, supporting stable pressure and efficient operation. An advanced controller manages performance, operating parameters, protective functions and system monitoring.

Turbo-Compressors

Our turbo-compressors are designed for high-capacity and technically demanding industrial processes. The portfolio covers flow rates from 1,200 to 600,000 Nm³/h and discharge pressures from 0.12 to 40.0 MPa(G). Solutions are available for compressing air, nitrogen and other process gases, with each system selected according to the required medium, pressure, capacity and operating conditions.

Energy Storage

Our integrated battery energy storage systems are developed for commercial and industrial applications. BESS solutions support peak-load management, renewable-energy integration, backup power and improved resilience during grid disturbances. Intelligent energy management coordinates charging and discharging to optimise energy use, reduce operating costs and improve continuity of critical processes.

Generator Sets

We supply gas and diesel generator sets with power ratings from 30 kW to 2.2 MW. The systems can be configured for emergency standby power, prime-power operation or integration with BESS and other distributed energy resources. Advanced control and synchronisation options support reliable operation, automatic power restoration and effective management of multiple generating units.

Adsorption Dryers

Our adsorption dryers use high-performance desiccants, such as activated alumina or silica gel, to achieve pressure dew points from −20°C to −70°C. With flow capacities ranging from 1.2 to 310 Nm³/min, they provide consistently dry compressed air for sensitive processes and demanding industrial environments. Cold-regenerated and heat-regenerated models are available to match different air-quality, energy-consumption and lifecycle-cost requirements.

Refrigerant Dryers

Refrigerant dryers provide an efficient solution for standard industrial compressed-air applications. By cooling compressed air to a pressure dew point of approximately +3°C, they condense and remove moisture before it enters the air distribution system. Their energy-efficient operation, dependable performance and low maintenance requirements make them suitable for a broad range of manufacturing and processing facilities.

PM Motors and Drives

Our portfolio includes explosion-proof, low-voltage and high-voltage three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motors. These motors deliver high efficiency and precise speed control for continuous-duty industrial applications. We also supply variable-frequency drives for air compressors, belt conveyors, pumps, fans and other machinery, enabling controlled start-up, process optimisation and energy savings under variable-load conditions.
